Basic Package
Package 1. Basic package. Picnic set up for 1-2 guests with the use of our picnic blanket, stocked basket with essentials like (insect repellent, sunscreen, activity books), low picnic table with settings and décor, mini cooler or ice bucket with ice and bottle of water for each guest, throw pillows, etc. Location to be discussed due to government’s COVID 19 restrictions. Two hour session includes set up and break down and clean up. We highly recommend making reservations 2 weeks in advance and 40% nonrefundable deposit is requested at time of booking. Please select all add ons, extra services, and activities at time of booking. And please feel free to leave a note with any requirements, questions, extra information and concerns when booking. A $50 deposit is required for this set up which will be returned two days after your booking after all equipment are inspected. The cost of damaged or missing items caused by clients will be deducted from this deposit.

Deluxe Package
Deluxe Luxury Pop Up Picnic. Picnic set up for 1 to 2 guests includes the use of our picnic blanket, stocked basket, mini cooler or ice bucket with ice, two bottles of water, throw pillows, sun screen, repellent. Low Picnic table with table settings and décor, Bluetooth speaker/portable charger , ect. Different themes available and includes add on of our white lace teepee tent or our boho fringe umbrella. We handle the set up break down and clean up. 2 hour session includes set up, break down and clean up. We highly recommend making reservations 2 weeks in advance and 40% non refundable deposit is requested at time of booking. Ultimate Picnic Package
Picnic Set Up for 1 to 2 guest. Surprise your significant other with this beautiful luxury set up. This set up includes a themed picnic set up consisting of the use of our transparent plastic waterproof tent (highly recommended for evening and sunset Picnics) or our large teepee canvas tent (highly recommended for day time Picnics), cozy blankets and throws, a comfortable rugs and mats, lovely table settings and décor, an assortment of games, chocolate covered strawberries, a bucket of ice, 2 bottles of water, 1 bottle of wine or champagne ,1 mini grazing board or box, and other décor items or lighting. A $50 deposit is required for this booking and will be returned two days after your booking once all items are inspected. The cost of any damages or missing items will be deducted from this deposit.

Basic Romantic Room Set Up
Allow us to assist you in surprising your significant other with a romantic set up in your hotel room, guest house or even your home, etc. This package includes a complimentary bottle of wine and the use of our rose petals, flameless candles, romantic balloons and set up and clean up. Hotel room set up rules Set up takes between two to three hours depending on the size of the room and set up required. Please do not approach your set up until it’s complete. Hotel and guest house set ups are for one night, $25 extra for each extra night. If your set up is for a special occasion surprise we will be very discreet, please leave the room key with the front desk and the name of our employee or employees who will be in charge of your set up. We will leave your extra room key in your room or at the front desk whichever you prefer. Please keep all personal items away from reach of our work area or in the hotel’s safe. We will not be held responsible for lost or broken items or any injuries sustained during or booking. Please be careful and take care of our equipment, do not pop our LED balloons please. We arrive to do clean up and to retrieve our special items and equipment the next day 30 minutes before your scheduled check out time to avoid interrupting the hotels houseman and housekeeping staff. Clean up on our part included popping balloons, packing away our LED candles, LED balloons and signs, picking up and discarding rose petals to make the housekeepers job easier, throwing away any bottles of complementary wine or champagne in your selected package, etc. A $50 deposit is required for this set up which will be returned two days after your booking after all equipment are inspected. The cost of damaged or missing items caused by clients will be deducted from this deposit.

Deluxe Upgraded Room Set Up
Allow us to assist you in surprising your significant other with a romantic set up in your hotel room, guest house or even your home, etc. This package includes a complimentary bottle of wine or champagne, six chocolate covered strawberries, small Grazing Charcuterie Board or Box and the use of our rose petals, flameless candles, romantic balloons, LED light up balloons, “love” sign and set up and clean up. Set up takes between two to three hours depending on the size of the room and set up required. Please do not approach your set up until it’s complete. Hotel and guest house set ups are for one night, $25 extra for each extra night. If your set up is for a special occasion surprise we will be very discreet, please leave the room key with the front desk and the name of our employee or employees who will be in charge of your set up. Set up takes between two to three hours depending on the size of the room and set up required. Please do not approach your set up until it’s complete. Hotel and guest house set ups are for one night, $25 extra for each extra night. Bonfire Set Up
This package is for one to two people and includes a complimentary mini s’mores board, two bottles of water, the use of one already lit bonfire, camp chairs for two, mini table or tray, ice bucket with ice, lighting, power bank, environmentally friendly insect repellent, citronella candles, Emergency fire blanket and set Up and clean up. This package is for two hours. A $40 deposit is required for this set up which will be returned two days after your booking after all equipment are inspected. The cost of damaged or missing items caused by clients will be deducted from this deposit.

Bonfire add on
Add a lit bonfire to any outdoor package. This add on includes the use of our lit bonfire, extra fire wood, extra matches, emergency fire blanket and/or fire extinguisher (only use in case of an emergency, not intended for putting out bonfire). Ps. We can only set up Bonfires where we’re allowed to. It’s illegal to have Bonfires at certain beaches and places on islands. We will not be held responsible for any injuries or incidents sustained during bonfire and set up.

Paint Station
Add a paint station to your package to make it Picnic and Paint. This add on includes the use of canvas (to keep), paints, paint brushes, one easel, a mini paint brush washer, paint brush rags, an apron, paint dishes, ect.

Sip and Paint
Get your creative juices flowing with our new painting package. This package consist of table Paint Station set up and includes canvas or canvas panels, paint, paint brushes, aprons, disposable table clothes, rags, cushions and rug for sitting. A variety of add ons and tents are also available to take your sip and Paint session to an other level. Indoor settings welcomed. Each booking under 8 guests comes with a bottle of wine and 2 bottles for 8 or more guests. For bookings consisting of over eight guests please contact us privately. P.s this package does not include luxury Picnic Set Up.
Time : 2 hours | Starting at $30 Per Person. A minimum of six guest is required to book this package.
Tea Party Picnic
Don’t go through life having never attended a tea party! Book the experience with your favorite person. This package includes bottomless tea, a three Course assorted tier tray meal display, a complimentary bottle of wine or Champagne. Relax in pure bliss and elegance under our vintage fringe tent, vintage cabana or our cozy plastic bubble tent surrounded by lovely decor. To upgrade this package into an event or larger party of more than eight guest please fill out our event planning form or contact us. A $60 deposit is required for this booking and will be returned two days after your booking once all items are inspected. The cost of any damages or missing items will be deducted from this deposit.
Time : 2 hours | Starting at $450. A minimum of six guest is required to book this package.
